高校志愿服务社团社会化运作的双向逻辑和现实约束——以S市H大学为例

摘　　要：志愿服务是社会文明进步的重要标志。高校以平台优势、主体优势、规模优势推动了志愿服务社团的成立与进步,促进了志愿服务事业繁荣发展。通过对S市H大学志愿服务社团近三年发展情况的调查,从正向的自我推进和逆向社会的反作用两方面,探究高校志愿服务社团社会化运作的双向逻辑。基于社团在社会化运作过程中存在的现实约束,建议坚持走高校志愿服务社团发展的特色之路。Volunteering is an important symbol of social civilization and progress.With the advantages of platform,main body and scale,colleges and universities have promoted the establishment and progress of voluntary service associations,and promoted the prosperity and development of voluntary service undertak⁃ings.Through the investigation of the development of the voluntary service associations of H university in S city in the past three years,from the two aspects of positive self⁃promotion and reverse social reaction,the two⁃way logic of the socialization operation of voluntary service associations in colleges and universities is ex⁃plored.At the same time,based on the realistic constraints existing in the process of socialization of associ⁃ations,it is suggested to adhere to the characteristic road of the development of voluntary service associations in colleges and universities.
