摘　　要：本文基于incoPat专利检索分析平台,从技术、国家竞争力、研发机构竞争力三个方面,宏观上研究了全球可降解塑料的竞争态势,并深入微观层面分析了国内产业现状。研究表明,全球可降解塑料处于技术成熟期,研究重点为可降解塑料在医疗领域的应用上。中国起步晚但近年来发展迅速,除美国外已成为世界最重要的技术应用国和来源国,但在专利质量、技术转化能力和专利布局有待加强。By using incoPat platform,this paper revealed the global competitive situation of degradable plastics from the perspective of technology,national competitiveness and competitiveness of R&D institu⁃tions,and also analyzed the current situation of domestic industry.The study shows that the global degrad⁃able plastics are in the mature stage of technology,and the research focus is on the application of degradable plastics in the medical field.China's research started late but developed rapidly in recent years.It has become the most important technology application country and technology source country except for the United States.The patent quality,transformation capabilities and patent portfolio planning need to be strengthened.
