增能理论视角下小组工作介入老年医务志愿者自我效能感的实务研究——以北京市G医院为例

摘　　要：随着老龄化趋势日益加剧,老年人口增多,越来越多的老年人投身志愿服务。本文基于增能理论的视角,以自我效能感提升的四个维度为框架,对G医院老年医务志愿者开展专业小组工作。结合在G医院的服务实践探索,利用一般自我效能感专业量表结合志愿者角色认同量表开展前后测对比的评估方法,探索出适合提升老年医务志愿者自我效能感的小组工作活动方案。With the increasing aging trend,the elderly population is increasing,and more and more elderly people devote themselves to volunteer services.Based on the perspective of energy enhancement theory,this paper focuses on the framework of four dimensions of selfefficacy improvement.Combined with the service practice exploration in G hospital,the professional scale of general self⁃efficacy and the volunteer role iden⁃tification scale were used to carry out the evaluation method of before and after the comparison,and the group work activity program suitable for improving the selfefficacy of elderly medical volunteers was explored.
