复方α酮酸片联合甘精胰岛素对糖尿病肾病患者治疗效果及炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方α酮酸片联合甘精胰岛素对糖尿病肾病患者治疗效果及炎性因子的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月于河南省直第三人民医院接受治疗的糖尿病肾病患者共计80例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40)。对照组给予甘精胰岛素治疗,研究组给予复方α酮酸片联合甘精胰岛素治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果、炎性因子水平变化情况、肾功能指标以及血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率(95%)显著高于对照组(70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组炎性因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组炎性因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肾功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组肾功能明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组上述指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方α酮酸片联合甘精胰岛素对糖尿病肾病患者疗效显著,能够很好地改善患者的炎性因子水平、肾功能指标及血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To investigate the effects of compoundα-ketoacid tablets combined with insulin glargine on treatment and inflammatory factors in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy who received treatment in Henan NO.3 Provincial People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=40)and research group(n=40).The control group was given insulin glargine and the research group was treated with compoundα-ketoacid tablets combined with insulin glargine.The clinical treatment effect,changes in inflammatory factors,renal function indexes,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group(95%)was higher than that in the control group(70%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the inflammatory factors before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in renal function indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the renal function in the research group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the level of the above indicators in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compoundα-ketoacid tablets combined with insulin glargine has a significant effect on patients with diabetic nephropathy,which can improve the levels of inflammatory factors,renal function indexes,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
