氟桂利嗪片联合治疗颈性眩晕的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究氟桂利嗪片联合治疗颈性眩晕的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月收治的156例颈性眩晕,根据治疗方法不同均分为观察组和对照组,观察组予氟桂利嗪联合倍他司汀治疗,对照组单用倍他司汀治疗。比较治疗2周后2组眩晕消失时间、持续时间、发作频率,治疗前和治疗2周后2组血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、神经肽Y(NYP)、尾加压素Ⅱ(UⅡ)、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积水平和眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分,记录2组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组眩晕消失时间、持续时间、发作频率均短于或小于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗2周后,2组血浆VEGF水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗2周后,2组血浆NYP、UⅡ、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积水平及DHI各评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗期间,2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟桂利嗪片联合治疗可调控颈性眩晕患者血浆因子水平,降低血液流变学指标,改善眩晕情况,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of combined therapy with Flunarizine Tablets in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods A total of 156 patients with cervical vertigo admitted from January 2019 to December 2021 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with Flunarizine combined with Betahistine,and the control group was treated with Betahistine alone.At 2 weeks after treatment,the time to vertigo disappearance,attack frequency and duration of vertigo in the two groups were compared.Before and at 2 weeks after treatment,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),neuropeptide Y(NYP),urotensinⅡ(UⅡ),whole blood high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity level,hematocrit,and dizziness handicap index(DHI)scores in the two groups were recorded.Results The time to vertigo disappearance,duration,and frequency of dizziness in the observation group were shorter or smaller than those in the control group(P<0.01).At 2 weeks after treatment,the plasma VEGF levels in both groups increased,which were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).At 2 weeks after treatment,the plasma NYP,U-Ⅱ,whole blood high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit level,and DHI scores of both groups decreased,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).During the treatment period,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined therapy with Flunarizine can regulate the level of plasma factors in patients with cervical vertigo,reduce hemorheology indexes,ameliorate vertigo and improve quality of life.
