摘　　要：目的探讨女性生殖系统血管肌纤维母细胞瘤的超声特征。方法选取13例血管肌纤维母细胞瘤,回顾性分析其超声特征。结果13例患者中,肿物弱回声10例,稍强回声2例,低回声1例;边界较清8例,边界欠清5例;形态较规则12例,形态欠规则1例;探及血流信号11例,其中3例血流信号丰富,未探及血流信号2例。结论血管肌纤维母细胞瘤具有一定的超声特征,多表现为边界较清,形态较规则的实性弱回声肿块,肿块内部及周边探及血流信号。Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic characteristics of female reproductive system angiomyofibroblastoma.Methods Thirteen cases of angiomyofibroblastoma were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 13patients,10cases had weak echo,2cases had slightly strong echo,and 1case had low echo.The boundary was clear in 8cases and not clear in 5cases.In 12cases,the morphology was more regular,and in 1case,the morphology was less regular.Blood flow signal was detected in 11cases,of which 3cases had abundant blood flow signal and 2cases had no blood flow signal.Conclusions Angiomyofibroblastoma has certain ultrasonic characteristics,most of which are solid weak echo mass with clear boundary and regular shape,probing blood flow signal inside and around the mass.
