摘  要:在高比例新能源接入配电网并导致电网弱化的新背景下,无功补偿电容的非基波成分易诱发并网系统谐振,制约了新能源集群接入容量的提高。文中通过分析源网两端阻抗1~1000 Hz频段Bode图,揭示了无功补偿电容的非基波成分会使网侧阻抗特性由感性向容性发生本质转变。在常规感性弱网设计的逆变器侧固定阻抗下,网侧阻抗的本质变化会导致源网阻抗失配,诱发并网系统谐振,制约新能源集群接入容量的提高。在此基础上,提出基于容性特征抵消的主动适配控制方案,在抵消无功补偿电容影响的同时,进一步改善逆变器运行能力,并基于并网系统Nyquist曲线与逆变器单机最小闭环幅频特性峰值双重约束,给出了方案工程化参数整定原则。最后,仿真和实验结果验证了上述研究的正确性和可行性。On the background of power grid weakening caused by the high proportion of renewable energy integrated into the distribution network,the non-fundamental component of the reactive power compensation capacitor will easily cause the resonance of the grid-connected system,which limits the integration capacity improvement of the renewable energy group.First,by analyzing the Bode diagram of the source-grid side impedance in the frequency band of 1~1000 Hz,it is revealed that the non-fundamental component of the reactive power compensation capacitor will essentially change the impedance characteristics of the grid side from inductance to capacitance.Under the fixed inverter side impedance designed in the inductive weak grid,the essential change of the grid-side impedance will lead to the mismatching of source-grid impedance and induce the resonance of the grid-connected system,which will limit the integration capacity improvement of the renewable energy group.On this basis,an active adaption control scheme based on capacitive feature cancellation is proposed.The operation capability of the grid-connected inverter is further improved while counteracting the influence of the reactive power compensation capacitor.Based on the dual constraints of the system Nyquist curve and the minimum peak value of the closed-loop amplitude-frequency characteristic of a single inverter,the engineering setting principles of the parameters in the proposed scheme are given.Finally,simulation and experiment results verify the correctness and feasibility of the above research.
