摘 要:采用浅孔钻对45碳钢进行钻削实验,分析不同切削参数下切屑的生成过程、内外切屑形态、切屑表面形貌和截面的差异,对比直线刃和波形刃槽型结构对切屑变形的影响。分析结果可得,内切屑形态以横卷为主,而外切屑形态则以上卷为主;波形刃刀片产生的切屑自由面微观形貌更加密集;波形刃的切屑等效厚度大于直线刃,而切屑卷曲直径小于直线刃,拥有更好的切屑形态和断屑效果。The drilling experiment of C45 carbon steel was carried out with indexable inserts,and the chip generation process,morphology of internal and external chips,surface morphology of chips,and section difference were analyzed under different cutting parameters.The influence of the groove structure of the straight edge and the waved edge on chip deformation was compared.The analysis results show that the internal chip shape is dominated by the horizontal roll while the external chip shape is dominated by the vertical roll.The micromorphology of the free surface of chips produced by the waved-edge insert is denser.The equivalent chip thickness of the waved edge is greater than that of the straight edge,but the curl diameter of chips is smaller than that of the straight edge.The waved edge can produce better chip shapes and chipbreaking effects.
