摘 要:螺杆转子作为双螺杆压缩机的核心部件,通过成型铣削加工而成,加工工艺属于大型、断续加工类型,刀片承受的切削力和冲击载荷很大,易产生磨钝、崩刃等失效形式。本文通过对比两种不同涂层刀片(CV_1:TiCN+Al_(2)O_(3)+TiN;CV_2:TiN+TiCN+Al_(2)O_(3))铣削加工阴转子的试验,得到磨损曲线和铣削过程中的换刃情况,并通过SEM和EDS得到CV_1和CV_2的主要磨损形式均为机械磨损和氧化磨损,CV_2出现了更严重的粘结磨损;CV_2与CV_1相比,前期耐磨性更好,后期耐磨性能较差;对两种刀片的磨损特征和寿命进行评估比较,得到CV_1切削刃使用效率和使用寿命分别为刀片CV_2的82.76%和82.74%,并获得了两种刀片的换刀频次,有利于后续加工中减少观察刀片磨损情况的次数,优化刀片使用方案,提升转子加工效率。As the core component of the twin-screw compressor,the screw rotor is machined by large-scale and intermittent form milling.The insert is heavily subjected to cutting force and impact load,which easily leads to failure forms such as blunting and chipping.In this paper,the wear curve and the replacement of the cutting edge in the milling process are obtained by the comparison of the experiments of machining female rotors with two different coated inserts(CV_1:TiCN+Al_(2)O_(3)+TiN;CV_2:TiN+TiCN+Al_(2)O_(3))by milling.Using SEM and EDS,this paper concludes that the main wear forms of both CV_1 and CV_2 are mechanical wear and oxidation wear,while CV_2 shows more severe adhesive wear.Compared with CV_1,CV_2 shows better wear resistance in the early stage and worse wear resistance in the later stage.Additionally,the wear characteristics and service life of the two inserts are evaluated and compared.The efficiency and life of CV_1 are 82.76%and 82.74%of those of CV_2,respectively.Furthermore,the replacement frequency of the two inserts is obtained,which can reduce the observation times of insert wear in the subsequent processing,optimize the insert usage strategy,and improve the rotor processing efficiency.
