摘  要:碳化物抑制剂的添加可细化WC晶粒,使合金获得优异的综合性能。本文围绕碳化物抑制剂在硬质合金中的添加展开文献调研,对碳化物晶粒抑制剂的种类、抑制机理、添加量和固溶量等方面进行了综述,并对抑制剂元素在晶界处偏析行为及其三维模型、热力学计算和实验得到各抑制剂元素在Co相和Ni相中的溶解度做了重点描述。未来开展晶粒抑制剂抑制机理的研究应多考虑结合热力学计算,以期加快新型超细硬质合金的研发。The addition of carbide inhibitors can refine WC grains and make the alloy obtain excellent comprehensive properties.This paper carried out literature research on the addition of carbide inhibitors in cemented carbides and reviewed the types,inhibition mechanism,addition amount,and solid solution content of carbide grain inhibitors.In addition,it described the segregation behavior of inhibitor elements at grain boundaries and its three-dimensional model,thermodynamic calculation,and experimental results of the solubility of inhibitor elements in the Co phase and Ni phase.In the future,more attention should be paid to the study of the inhibition mechanisms of grain inhibitors combined with thermodynamic calculation to speed up the research and development of new superfine cemented carbides.
