摘　　要：林芝地区属于藏东南,地处念青唐古拉山脉、喜马拉雅山脉和横断山脉交汇地带,生物多样性资源极其丰富.为了解该地区非飞行小型哺乳动物资源状况,采用铗捕法和陷阱法对林芝地区28个采样点开展了4次调查,结合传统形态鉴定和Cyt b基因对标本进行鉴定.调查共采集439号标本,分属3目6科16属34种,还发现林芝地区的白腹鼠属一隐存种Niviventer sp.、麝鼩属一隐存种Crocidura sp.和长尾鼩鼱属一种Soriculus sp.出现了较为明显的分化.西藏林芝地区小型兽类的物种多样性仍可能被低估,还有待进一步深入调查.Nyingchi region is located in the southeast of Tibet,at the intersection of nyainqentangla mountains,Himalayas and Hengduan Mountains,which is extremely rich in biodiversity resources.In order to understand the resource status in this area,we carried out four investigations at 28 sampling sites in Nyingchi area by pinching and trap methods,and identified the samples in combination with traditional morphological identification and Cyt b gene.A total of 439 specimens were collected,belonging to 3 orders,6 families,16 genera and 34 species.We also found that there are obvious differentiation between Niviventer sp.,a hidden species of white bellied mouse,Crocidura sp.,of musk shrew and Soriculus sp.,a species of long tailed shrew in Nyingchi area.The species diversity of small mammals in Nyingchi,Tibet may still be underestimated and needs further investigation.
