摘 要:为了满足现场复杂井钻井需要,优化油基钻井液抗温性能和流变稳定性,以十八烷基二甲基叔胺、1,2-二溴乙烷为原料制备双季铵盐有机改性剂,并由双季铵盐有机改性剂改性亲水性蒙脱石制备有机土GEL-H,应用于油基钻井液中。实验结果表明,双季铵盐有机改性剂分子中带有两个正电荷,与蒙脱石晶层具有更多的结合位点,使其晶层间距增大,提高了有机土的抗温性能以及成胶性能;由有机土GEL-H配制的油基钻井液具有良好的流变性能和润滑性能,且其高温高压滤失量仅为4.2 mL,可抗180℃,具有良好的抗温性能,可满足现场钻井要求。In order to meet the requirements of drilling complex wells and optimize the temperature resistance and rheological stability of oil-based drilling fluid,the organic clay GEL-H was prepared by using octadecyl dimethyl tertiary amine and 1,2-dibromoethane as raw materials and modified hydrophilic montmorillonite by the organic modification agent of quaternary ammonium salt.The GEL-H was applied to oil-based drilling fluid.The experimental results showed that the double quaternary ammonium salt modifier had two positive charges and more binding sites with montmorillonite crystal layer,which can increase the distance between crystal layers and improve the temperature resistance and gelatinization performance of the organic clay.The oil-based drilling fluid prepared from organic soil GEL-H had good rheological properties and lubrication performance,and its high temperature and pressure filtration loss was only 4.2 mL.It can resist 180℃,which showed good temperature resistance,and it can meet the requirements of field drilling.
