摘　　要：姬塬油田铁边城区自2003年左右投入开发,2006年进入上产阶段,随后进入稳产阶段,2015年至今处于产能递减阶段。现阶段,低产低效井既是制约油藏效益开发的难点,也是油藏挖潜工作的重点。本文通过动静态资料对低产低效井的储层物性、开发技术政策、改造参数等方面分析低产低效井的成因,在综合因素的基础上对铁边城区提出相应的治理措施,提高单井管理水平,提升油田开发效果。The Tiebian district of Jiyuan oilfield has been put into development since 2003,entered the stage of increasing production in 2006,and then entered the stage of stable production.Since 2015,it has been in the stage of declining production capacity.At the present stage,low-yield wells are not only the difficulty restricting the beneficial development of reservoirs,but also the focus of reservoir potential tapping.This paper uses dynamic and static data to analyze the causes of low-yield and low-efficiency wells,such as reservoir physical properties,development technology policies and transformation parameters,and puts forward corresponding treatment measures for the Tiebian block on the basis of comprehensive factors to improve the unit capacity.Improve the level of well management and improve the effect of oilfield development.
