摘 要:卧式储罐大量应用于石油化工行业,且卧式储罐主要用于承装腐蚀性介质,这就导致储罐罐壁极易发生腐蚀问题,严重时会导致介质泄漏,存在重大安全隐患。因此,时刻掌握储罐罐壁状态对于确保储罐运行安全至关重要。基于此,开展了基于漏磁检测法的卧式储罐罐壁腐蚀状态评价,通过建立有限元模型分析缺陷深度、缺陷半径、缺陷分布对漏磁信号的影响,进而得到缺陷漏磁场空间分布状态和变化规律,并据此开展了实验室评价和海上平台现场应用,结果表明:漏磁检测法对评价卧式储罐罐壁腐蚀状态非常有效。Horizontal tank is widely used in petrochemical industry,and the horizontal tank is mainly used for carrying corrosive media,which leads to the corrosion of the tank wall easily,which will lead to the leakage of media,and there are major safety risks.Therefore,it is crucial to master the state of tank wall to ensure the safety of tank operation.Based on the evaluation and application of the corrosion state of the horizontal tank wall based on the magnetic flux leakage detection method was carried out.The influence of the defect depth,defect radius and defect distribution on the magnetic flux leakage signal was analyzed by establishing the finite element model.The spatial distribution state and change rule of the defect magnetic flux leakage field were obtained.Based on this,the laboratory evaluation and the field application of the offshore platform were carried out.The results show that the magnetic flux leakage detection method is very effective for evaluating the corrosion status of horizontal tank wall.
