摘　　要：目的:观察温针灸联合中药治疗消化性溃疡脾胃虚寒型的效果。方法:50例分为两组,对照组用中药治疗,观察组用温针灸联合中药治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后胃痛、胃胀、纳差与乏力评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、TGF-β水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组生活质量指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸联合中药治疗消化性溃疡脾胃虚寒型有较好效果。Objective:To observe the effect of warming acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type.Methods:Fifty cases were divided into two groups.The control group were treated with Chinese medicine,while the observation group were treated with warming acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of stomachache,gastric distention,anorexia and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and TGF-βin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life index of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine has a good effect on peptic ulcer of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type.
