补气活血法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补气活血法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组用营养神经类和镇痛类药物治疗,观察组用补气活血法治疗。结果:总有效率观察组(90.00%)高于对照组(83.33%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分均下降,且治疗组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:应用补气活血法治疗带状疱疹后神经痛疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the method of invigorating Qi and activating blood in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with neurotrophic and analgesic drugs,while the observation group were treated with Qi-invigorating and blood-activating method.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased,and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of invigorating Qi and activating blood is effective in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
