香砂六君子汤结合中药封包治疗抗结核药物致胃肠道反应疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察香砂六君子汤结合中药封包治疗抗结核药物致胃肠道反应的临床效果。方法:60例随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,两组均给予正规抗结核治疗加西医内科基础治疗,治疗组加用香砂六君子汤及中药封包治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤联合中药封包治疗抗结核药物致胃肠道反应疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with herbal medicine sealing therapy in the treatment of gastrointestinal reactions caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were given regular anti-tuberculosis treatment and basic treatment of western medicine.The treatment group were treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction and herbal medicine sealing therapy.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with herbal medicine sealing therapy is effective in treating gastrointestinal reactions caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs.
