血府逐瘀汤联合肾上腺色腙片治疗上环后异常子宫出血瘀热型疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察血府逐瘀汤联合肾上腺色腙片治疗上环后异常子宫出血瘀热型的疗效。方法:82例用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各41例,两组均予以肾上腺色腙片治疗,观察组加服血府逐瘀汤治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组中医主症积分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组血红蛋白指标及不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组停药后3个月内复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤辅治上环后异常子宫出血瘀热型效果较好,且可减少复发。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Adrenal Colour Hydrazone Tablets in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding with heat stasis type after placement of intrauterine device(IUD).Methods:Eighty-two cases were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Adrenal Colour Hydrazone Tablets,and the observation group were additionally treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hemoglobin index and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate within 3 months after drug withdrawal in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction has a good effect in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding with heat stasis after placement of IUD,and could reduce recurrence.
