加味桔梗汤辅治多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌相关性肺病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味桔梗汤辅治多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌相关性肺病的疗效。方法:70例随机分为研究组和对照组各35例,两组均用常规西药治疗,研究组加用加味桔梗汤治疗。结果:研究组白细胞恢复正常、体温恢复正常、咳嗽咳痰消失、啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组炎症[降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素IL-6、C反应蛋白(CRP)]低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组肺部感染(CPIS)评分[体温(12h平均值)、白细胞计数、分泌物(24h吸出物性状数量)、气体交换指数、X线胸片浸润影]低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味桔梗汤辅治多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌相关性肺病疗效较好,且不增加不良反应。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Jiawei Jiegeng Decoction with additional integrants in adjuvant treatment of multiple drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa associated lung disease.Methods:Seventy cases were randomly divided into study group and control group,35 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group were treated with Jiawei Jiegeng Decoction in addition.Results:The time of leucocyte returning to normal,body temperature returning to normal,cough and sputum disappearing and rale disappearing in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammation[procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)]in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pulmonary infection(CPIS)[body temperature(12 h average),leucocyte count,secretion(24 h suction character quantity),gas exchange index,X-ray chest film infiltration shadow]in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Jiegeng Decoction is effective in the treatment of multiple drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa associated lung disease,without increasing adverse reactions.
