摘 要:针对大跨度钢桁梁梁端转角不满足无砟轨道铺设需求,且既有过渡板方案在工程应用中存在支座调平困难、运营维护工作量大的问题,以一座跨度168m简支钢桁梁为例,基于有限元分析方法结合对既有工程实践的调研与分析,对轨道工程处置方案进行研究。结果表明:梁端转角及悬出长度超限会引起梁缝处桥台一侧第1对扣件的上拔力超过其限值标准,应采取工程措施予以解决;大扣压力扣件方案具有结构简单、便于施工与运营维护等突出优点,在经检算采用大扣压力扣件可以满足解决梁端转角超限问题的前提下应优先采用,但为确保结构的可靠性,应结合扣件系统试验测试及实尺模型试验对工程实践进行验证。In view of the problem that the rotation angle at beam end of long-span steel truss beam does not meet the laying requirements of ballastless track and the existing transition plate scheme has difficulties in bearing leveling and heavy workload of operation and maintenance in engineering application,the disposal scheme of track engineering is studied based on the finite element analysis method and the investigation and analysis of existing engineering practice with reference to a simply supported steel truss beam with a span of 168 m.The results show that engineering measures shall be taken when the rotation angle at beam end and overhang length exceed the limits due to the uplift force of the first pair of fasteners on the abutment side at the beam joint.Large buckle pressure fasteners shall be prioritized on account of the fact that it can solve the problem of beam end corner overrun as it has simple structure and is convenient for construction, operation and maintenance. However, inorder to ensure the reliability of the structure, the engineering practice should be verified in combinationwith the fastener system test and full-scale model test.
