摘  要:针对BIM模型几何复杂、与GIS融合时构件结构难以准确恢复等问题,提出一种基于构件复用与边折叠的BIM模型几何轻量化方法。首先,对IFC格式的构件装配关系进行解析,确定各构件的参考模型和空间变换矩阵;然后,利用边折叠简化算法对模型面片顶点进行二次误差测度,在保证质量的前提下对参考模型进行几何简化;最后,将构件实例的相对空间方位信息转换为3D GIS平台的绝对位置姿态信息,实现BIM模型在3D GIS场景中的构件级重装配。通过实验对比分析,验证了本文方法可将模型的几何轻量化比率提高1.9倍,并确保3D GIS平台中BIM模型各构件之间的拓扑联接关系得到完整恢复。本文方法能够为基于BIM与GIS的精细化建设管理提供一套可靠的数据交换方案。Aiming at the geometric complexity of BIM model and the difficulty of accurate restoration of component structure when it is integrated with GIS,this paper proposes a geometric lightweight method of BIM model based on component reuse and edge folding.First,we analyze the component assembly relationship in IFC format,and determine the reference model and spatial transformation matrix of each component.Then,we use the edge-folding simplification algorithm to measure the quadratic error of the model patch vertices,and perform geometric simplification of the reference model under the premise of ensuring the quality.Finally,we convert the relative spatial orientation information of the component instance into the absolute position and attitude information of the GIS platform to realize the component-level reassembly of the BIM model in the 3D GIS scene.The experimental results show that the method in this paper can increase the geometric lightweight ratio of the model by 1.9 times,and ensure that the topological connection relationship between the components of the BIM model in the GIS platform is completely restored.The method in this paper can provide a reliable data exchange scheme for the refined construction management based on BIM and GIS.
