摘 要:防水铺装层是桥梁结构的重要组成部分,其优劣直接影响桥梁结构耐久性。不同于公路钢桥面铺装,大跨度铁路钢桥面防水铺装层设置于道砟以下,不直接承受车轮荷载,不易检查,维养难度大。通过对铁路钢桥面铺装层结构受力特性进行计算分析,对比研究4种不同铺装层结构钢桥面板及铺装层力学性能。分析表明:由于道砟的扩散效应,车轮荷载传递到铺装层表面一般较均匀,随着弹性模量或铺装厚度增加,铺装层整体参与桥面受力,钢桥面受力略有改善,桥面局部位移减小;传统的道砟槽板铺装层结构厚、刚度大,活载作用下钢桥面板应力及变形较小,但结构质量增加引起的桥面板应力和变形反而更高;对不同铺装层进行全寿命周期经济性比较表明,复合钢板铺装层整体经济性较优。As an important part of bridge structure,the quality of waterproof pavement directly affects structural durability of a bridge.Different from the highway steel bridge deck pavement,the waterproof pavement layer of long-span railway steel bridge is set below the ballast and does not directly bear the wheel load,which leads to the difficulties in maintenance and repair.The stress characteristics of railway steel deck pavement structure are calculated and analyzed,and the mechanical properties of steel deck and pavement of four different pavement structures are compared and studied.The results show that wheel load is generally transmitted to the pavement surface evenly due to the diffusion effect of ballast;with the increase of elastic modulus or pavement thickness,the pavement layer participates in the stressing of the bridge deck as a whole,the stress of the steel bridge deck is slightly improved,and the local displacement of the bridge deck is reduced.Benefiting from its thick structure and high stiffness,the traditional ballast trough slab pavement has less panel stress and deformation under live load,but the bridge deck stress and deformation caused by the increase of structural weight are higher.The comparison of life cycle economy of different pavement layers shows that the overall economy of composite steel plate pavement is better.
