摘  要:为了探究外源褪黑素影响高粱种子耐盐性的机理,本研究以粒用高粱品种晋杂2002的种子为试验材料,分析盐胁迫下褪黑素浸种对高粱种子萌发及生理特性的影响。结果表明,盐胁迫能明显抑制高粱种子萌发,增加相对电导率及丙二醛含量,使其干物质积累量减少;适宜浓度褪黑素浸种能缓解盐胁迫对高粱种子萌发的抑制作用。褪黑素浸种可通过提高高粱种子萌发过程中抗氧化酶活性,清除过量活性氧积累,减轻膜脂过氧化程度;增加渗透调节物质含量,维持细胞膨压,提高吸水能力;同时还可增加种子胚根根系活力,提高胚芽绿色部分光合色素含量,这些变化共同提高了高粱种子萌发期抵御盐胁迫的能力,促进其种子萌发及干物质积累;通过主成分分析法筛选出胚芽长度和可溶性糖含量两个指标可作为褪黑素缓解盐胁迫下高粱种子萌发的评价指标。In order to explore the effects of exogenous melatonin on salt tolerance mechanism of sorghum seeds,sorghum variety Jinza 2002 used for grain was used as experimental material and the effects of melatonin soaking on the germination and physiological characteristics of sorghum seeds under salt stress were studied.The results showed that salt stress could significantly inhibit sorghum seed germination and increase relative electrical conductivity and malondialdehyde content,in contrast to the decrease in dry matter accumulation.The appropriate concentration of exogenous melatonin could alleviate the inhibition effect of salt stress on sorghum seed germination.Melatonin could reduce the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation by enhancing the antioxidant enzyme activity during sorghum seed germination and eliminating excessive accumulation of reactive oxygen species.It also could maintain the cell turgor pressure and improve the water absorption capacity by increasing the accumulation of osmotic regulation substances.Besides,it could also increase the vigor of seed radicle root and the photosynthetic pigment content of green part of germ,so as to improve the salt resistance of grain sorghum seed and promote sorghum seed germination and dry matter accumulation.Principal component analysis showed that the length of germ and soluble sugar content could be used as the evaluation indexes of melatonin alleviating sorghum seed germination under salt stress.
