摘　　要：为研究桂花种胚发育过程及成熟机制,以紫梗籽银桂种子为研究材料,对其发育过程中胚和胚乳进行生物学观察,并对胚乳的可溶性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白和粗脂肪等含量进行了测定和分析。结果表明,紫梗籽银桂花期为9—10月,种胚的发育大约经历三个阶段:种胚开始形成期、种胚快速形成期和种胚成熟期。随着紫梗籽银桂种子的发育,胚乳可溶性糖含量呈上升的趋势,淀粉含量呈先降后升的趋势;可溶性蛋白含量前期比较平稳,后期呈上升趋势;粗脂肪含量不断增加。紫梗籽银桂种子各类营养物质快速积累发生在花后180 d之后,此期间种胚开始大量形成,到种子成熟阶段达到峰值。To study the development process and mechanism of maturation of Osmanthus fragrans embryos,the seeds of Osmanthus fragrans‘Zigengziyin’were stratified as research materials in this study.The embryo and endosperm in the development process were biologically observed.The contents of soluble sugar,starch,soluble protein,crude fat and water content in endosperm were determined and analyzed.The results show that the florescence of O.fragrans‘Zigengziyin’were from September to October.The embryo development was divided into 3 stages:embryo formation stage,embryo rapid development stage,and embryo maturation stage.As the seeds developed,the soluble sugar content showed an overall rising trend,the starch content first dropped and then rose,the soluble protein content was steady in the early stage and showed a rising trend in later periods,and the crude fat content increased continually.The rapid accumulation of nutrients in the seeds of O.fragrans‘Zigengziyin’occurred after 180 days from blossom,during which large numbers of embryos start to form and peaked in the seed maturation stage.
