蚕豆DUS标准品种在重庆的性状表达差异性分析

摘　　要：为构建重庆蚕豆DUS测试标准品种群体,完善蚕豆DUS测试技术,为西南地区蚕豆品种保护和登记提供完善和准确的理论支撑,2019—2020年对蚕豆DUS测试指南中的17份标准品种进行田间测试,采用符合系数(COC)分析标准品种在重庆地区的性状表现与指南描述的差异性,评价蚕豆标准品种在重庆地区表达的准确性及稳定性。结果表明,17个标准品种有6个品种符合系数大于0.990 0,占35.3%,64.7%的品种符合系数小于0.990 0;36个测试性状中有22个性状的符合系数大于0.990 0,占61.1%,其中质量性状符合系数最高(0.999 0),其次为假质量性状(0.996 0),数量性状符合系数最低(0.976 0);对符合系数小于或等于平均值的8个性状的标准品种进一步优化,重新筛选出了对应的标准品种,但仍有部分性状没有筛选到合适的标准品种,建议加强已知品种和种质资源收集,筛选出适宜重庆测试区的标准品种。In order to establish populations of the Vicia faba L.DUS testing standard variety,perfect DUS testing techniques of Vicia faba L.and provide improved and accurate theories for Vicia faba L.variety protection and registration in the southwest of China.The coefficient of coincidence(COC)was used to analyze the differences between the real trait expressions in Chongqing and description in the Vicia faba L.DUS testing guideline from 17 Vicia faba L.standard varieties based on field experimental datas from 2019 to 2020 to evaluate the expression accuracy and stability of Vicia faba L.standard varieties in Chongqing.The results showed that the COCs of 6 varieties in 17 standard varieties were more than 0.9900,accounted for 35.3%.The COCs of 64.7%in the 17 standard varieties were less than 0.9900.The COCs of 22 traits in the 36 testing traits were more than 0.9900,accounted for 61.1%,of which the quality traits were the highest with average COC of 0.9990,followed by false quality traits of 0.9960,and quantitative traits of 0.9760 were the lowest.Further optimized the standard varieties of 8 traits with the COCs equal to or less than the average in order to screen corresponding standard varieties,but there were also part of traits that were not screened out for suitable standard varieties.It was suggested that the known varieties and germplasm resources should be collected to screen out standard varieties suitable for Chongqing testing area.
