摘　　要：随着消费理念、消费结构不断地变化,消费者从注重量的满足转向追求质的提升。汽车质保作为企业提升自身竞争力和获得更多市场占有率的重要一环,通过大数据可以更好地满足企业不断地对原有的服务模式进行变革和改进的需求,还可作为为消费者提供优质服务及其实现途径的重要依据。一汽大众深入推进数字化转型进程,成功建立了国内为数不多的汽车质量计算模型,通过底层大数据技术将原有数据进行安全替换,提升了统计的效率和计算跨度,将系统的业务支撑范围从个别人员扩大到了整个大众的售后部门和分、子公司,加速了业务流程,大大提升一汽大众效率;更通过增加的诸多种新算法,在数据安全性上,用多种方式保护了敏感数据,并实现了数据分级分类,是大数据技术在车企质保领域的第一次成功尝试。With the constant change of consumption concept and consumption structure,consumers shift from focusing on quantity satisfaction to pursuing quality improvement.As an important link for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and gain more market share,automobile quality assurance can better meet the needs of enterprises to continuously change and improve the original service mode through big data.It can also serve as an important basis for how to provide consumers with high-quality services and how to achieve these services.Faw-volkswagen has further promoted the process of digital transformation,successfully established one of the few automobile quality calculation models in China,replaced the original data safely through the underlying big data technology,improved the statistical efficiency and calculation span,expanded the business support range of the system from individual personnel to the whole Volkswagen after-sales department and molecular company,and accelerated the business process.Greatly improve the efficiency of FAW-Volkswagen;Moreover,by adding many new algorithms,sensitive data is protected in various ways in terms of data security,and data classification is realized,which is the first successful attempt of big data technology in the field of automotive quality assurance.
