摘 要:该文以多层塑料燃油总成管为研究对象,通过一系列试验验证,对塑料燃油管耐燃油性能试验中老化试剂的选择、老化温度/时间的确定、溶解析出物的分离过滤、烘干条件等试验参数进行了分析确认,并对燃油管耐燃油溶解性的检测方法进行了验证。结果显示:FAMB试验液是实验室进行塑料燃油管耐燃油性测试的理想溶剂,对燃油管内壁的老化影响速度约为燃油的3倍;在60℃老化条件下,96 h约等同于室温条件下3周(21 d)的老化程度。This article takes multi-layer plastic fuel assembly pipes as the research object,and through a series of experimental verification,analyzes and confirms the selection of aging reagents,determination of aging temperature/time,separation and filtration of dissolved substances,drying conditions,and other experimental parameters in the fuel resistance performance test of plastic fuel pipes.It also verifies the detection method for fuel solubility resistance of fuel pipes.The results show that FAMB test solution is an ideal solvent for testing the fuel resistance of plastic fuel pipes in the laboratory,and its aging effect on the inner wall of fuel pipes is about three times faster than that of fuel;Under 60℃aging conditions,96 hours is approximately equivalent to 3 weeks(21 days)of aging at room temperature.
