摘　　要：无刷直流电机由电动机主体和驱动器组成,是一种机电一体化产品,由于无刷直流电动机是以自控式运行的,与变频调速下重载启动的同步电机不一样,不需要在转子上另加启动绕组,也不会在负载突变时产生振荡和失步,具有优秀的运动特性。通过车用无刷电机定子自动绕线机的研发与设计,目的是提供一种无刷电机定子自动绕线机,解决了电机定子绕线机各组绕线一致性低和绕线过程效率低的问题。The brushless DC motor is composed of the main body of the motor and the driver,and is an electromechanical integrated product.As the brushless DC motor operates in a self-control mode,it is different from synchronous motors that start with heavy loads under variable frequency speed regulation.It does not require an additional starting winding on the rotor,nor does it generate oscillation and loss of step when the load suddenly changes,and has excellent motion characteristics.The purpose of the research and design of a brushless motor stator automatic winding machine for vehicles is to provide a brushless motor stator automatic winding machine,which solves the problems of low consistency and low efficiency in the winding process of each group of motor stator winding machines.
