摘　　要：离合器位于发动机与变速箱之间,是切断或传递发动机与传动系统之间动力的零部件总成,属于汽车传动系中的重要部件,起着非常重要的作用。该文针对商用汽车离合器的结构形式与特点展开分析,通过对整车计算相关的储备系数、滑摩功、起步温升、行程、踏板力等参数的校核,从而选择合适的选型,使离合器的产品参数能满足设计要求,与整车相匹配。The clutch is located between the engine and gearbox,and is a component assembly that cuts off or transmits power between the engine and transmission system.It is an important component in the automotive transmission system and plays a very important role.This article analyzes the structural form and characteristics of commercial vehicle clutches.By checking the parameters related to the calculation of the entire vehicle,such as reserve coefficient,sliding power,starting temperature rise,stroke,pedal force,etc.,appropriate selection is selected to ensure that the product parameters of the clutch meet the design requirements and match the entire vehicle.
