摘  要:通过解决实例介绍了某轮室集成铝合金缸盖的铸造工艺,并介绍在金属型重力倾转铸造工艺下如何通过增加补缩通道、局部刷涂料及增加冒口补缩量等工艺优化,最终解决了该款齿轮室集成缸盖在齿轮室的塔子处出现缩松的铸造难题。该文通过齿轮室集成缸盖、铝合金铸造、金属型重力倾转铸造、缩松缺陷这几个方面做了重点介绍。The casting process of a wheel chamber integrated aluminum alloy cylinder head is introduced by an example,and how to increase the feeding channel,local brush paint and increase the riser shrinkage process optimization under the metal type gravity tilt casting process,and finally solve the casting problem of the gear chamber integrated cylinder head in the tower of the gear chamber shrinkage.In this paper,integrated cylinder head through gear chamber;Aluminum alloy casting;Metal type gravity tilting casting;Several aspects of shrinkage defects are introduced,and the details are as follows.
