摘　　要：随着工业产业的运行与发展,柴油机是设备使用当中比较重要的构成部分,而对于活塞环来说,作为柴油机当中非常关键的一个构成部分,能够在具体应用时确保活塞和气缸套能够得到有效封闭,还能够较好的传递活塞热量,以此来达到散热处理,起到气缸润滑油应用的作用,一旦发生故障就会对柴油机性能造成严重的影响。必须要加强对活塞环的日常管理及维修力度,确保柴油机能够正常运行。该文列举了活塞环的一些常见故障,并对活塞环这些常见故障产生的原因加以分析,最后有针对性地提出了解决措施及预防措施。With the operation and development of industrial industry,diesel engine is an important part of equipment use.For piston ring,as a very critical part of diesel engine,it can ensure that the piston and cylinder liner can be effectively closed in specific applications,and also can better transfer piston heat,so as to achieve heat dissipation treatment and play the role of cylinder lubricating oil application,Once a malfunction occurs,it will have a serious impact on the performance of the diesel engine.The daily management and maintenance of piston ring must be strengthened to ensure the normal operation of diesel engine.The article enumerates some common faults of piston ring,analyzes the causes of these common faults of piston ring,and finally puts forward corresponding solutions and preventive measures.
