摘　　要：起动机负责将内燃机拖动到正常运行转速,是商用车所必需的动力启动装置。起动机电磁开关负责控制起动机主回路的接通与断开,是关系商用车起动机质量与可靠性的核心部件。该文从工作机理出发,对商用车起动机用电磁开关的常见故障进行了分析归纳,并针对常见故障模式,从设计、使用和维护等层面给出了相应解决措施。可为商用车起动机电磁开关的可靠性设计和维修提供一定的技术参考。The starter is responsible for dragging the internal combustion engine to the normal ride speed,which is the power startup device necessary for commercial vehicles.The starting motor electromagnetic switch is responsible for controlling the connection and disconnection of the main circuit of the motivation.It is the core component of the motivation quality and reliability of the business car.From the work mechanism,this article analyzes the common failure of commercial vehicles with electromagnetic switches,and gives corresponding solutions from the level of design,use and maintenance for common failure modes.It can provide certain technical references for the reliability design and maintenance of commercial vehicle starting electromagnetic switches.
