智能网联汽车背景下中职汽车教师专业能力的研究

摘　　要：随着中国汽车业的迅速、深入发展,汽车业对汽车相关专业人才的需求量越来越大,为了培养具备一定的理论知识和业务技能的实践者,就需要具备一定的专业素质,并具备相应的师资力量。从这一点可以看出,提高中职汽车职业教师的专业素质是中职汽车职业教育教学质量的一个重要问题。随着智能网络、大数据、云计算等新技术的快速发展和普及,我国汽车工业已经进入了一个崭新的转型时期,车辆自动化和网联化是一个新的发展方向。中职院校汽车专业人才的培养目标必须与企业的需要紧密结合,因此,必须充分发挥自身的优势,提高自身的专业素质,确保其教学水平与知识水平相符,是培养人才的关键。该文从汽车智能化、网联化这一新时代的发展趋势出发,对中职高专汽车教师在智能网联汽车教育中所遇到的问题进行了深入的研究,提出了提高汽车教师专业化水平的途径。With the rapid and in-depth development of China’s automobile industry,the demand for automobilerelated professionals in the society and automobile industry is increasing.In order to cultivate practitioners with certain theoretical knowledge and business skills,it is necessary to have certain professional quality and corresponding teacher strength.From this,it can be seen that improving the professional quality of secondary vocational automotive teachers is an important issue for the teaching quality of secondary vocational automotive education.With the rapid development and popularization of new technologies such as intelligent network,big data and cloud computing,China’s automobile industry has entered a brand new transformation period,and vehicle automation and networking is a new development direction.The training goal of automotive professionals in higher vocational colleges and universities must be closely integrated with the needs of enterprises,therefore,they must give full play to their own advantages,improve their professional quality and ensure that their teaching level is in line with the teaching level,which is the key to cultivate talents.In this paper,from the development trend of the new era of intelligent and networked automobiles,we conduct an in-depth study on the problems encountered by senior high school automotive teachers in the education of intelligent networked automobiles,and propose ways to improve the professionalism of automotive teachers.
