摘　　要：随着人民对物质需求的不断提升,人们对汽车保险杠的外观和性能的品质的追求也不断提升,传统的喷涂工艺已不能输出高品质的保险杠。如何建立一条高水准的喷涂线,生产线的硬件怎么规划、生产工序中有哪些关键点要控制、有没有一套标准的体系要求是值得人们追求的问题。该文结合整车厂的保险杠SQE现场管理经验,详细介绍喷涂线的关键设备及关键控制点要求。With the continuous improvement of people’s material needs,people’s pursuit of the appearance and performance quality of car bumpers is also constantly improving.Traditional spray painting processes can no longer output high-quality bumpers.How to establish a high-level spraying line,how to plan the hardware of the production line,which key points to control in the production process,and whether there is a set of standard system requirements are issues worth pursuing.This article combines the on-site management experience of bumper SQE in the entire vehicle factory to provide a detailed introduction to the key equipment and key control point requirements of the spraying line.
