温度对烟蚜生长发育和种群参数的影响

摘  要:为了明确温度对烟蚜Myzus percicae (Sulzer)生长发育及种群参数的影响,在8、14、20、26、32℃恒温条件下,测定了烟蚜的发育历期、存活率、繁殖力和其他种群参数。结果表明,烟蚜若蚜的发育历期随着温度的升高而缩短,8~26℃范围内烟蚜成虫的存活率均高于80%,32℃下烟蚜各虫态的存活率显著低于其他温度,且无法完成发育。烟蚜成虫寿命和总产仔前期随温度的升高而显著缩短,平均产仔量在20℃处理下最高,为60.91头。20℃处理下,烟蚜的净增值率(R0)最高,为55.83;26℃处理下,烟蚜的内禀增长率(rm)和周限增长率(λ)最大,分别为0.33和1.39。综上,低温和高温均对烟蚜的生长发育有显著影响,且高温对烟蚜的影响更大,26℃是烟蚜生长发育的最适温度。To clarify the effect of temperature on the growth,development,and population parameters of Myzus percicae(Sulzer),we measured the developmental duration,survival rate,fecundity,and other population parameters of M.percicae at 8,14,20,26,and 32℃.The results showed that the developmental duration of M.percicae decreased with increasing temperature.The survival rate of adult M.percicae was not less than 80%in the range of 8~26℃.At 32℃,the survival rate of each stage of M.percicae was significantly lower than that of other temperatures,and the development of M.percicae could not be completed,indicating that the survival rate of M.percicae was mainly affected by high temperature.The lifespan and total pre-larval stage of M.percicae were significantly shortened with increasing temperature,and the mean litter size was the highest at 20℃,which was 60.91.The net reproductive rate(R0)of M.percicae was the highest at 20℃,which was 55.83.At 26℃,the intrinsic rate of increase(rm)and the finite rate of increase(λ)of M.percicae was the highest,which were 0.33 and 1.39,respectively.In conclusion,both low and high temperatures have significant effects on the growth and development of M.percicae,and high temperature has a greater effect on M.percicae.26℃is the optimal temperature for the growth and development of M.percicae.
