摘  要:禾谷缢管蚜(Rhopalosiphum padi)是危害燕麦(Avena sativa)的主要害虫之一,筛选抗虫品种是防控禾谷缢管蚜的重要措施。采用田间抗蚜性鉴定与刺吸电位技术(electrical penetration graph, EPG)相结合的方法,对5个燕麦品种进行禾谷缢管蚜的抗性评价。田间抗蚜性鉴定结果表明,青海甜为中抗,领袖、贝勒、蒙饲燕2号为低抗,蒙饲燕1号为低感。不同品种抗性波形聚类分析结果显示,第Ⅰ类(青海甜、贝勒、蒙饲燕2号和领袖)抗性高于第Ⅱ类(蒙饲燕1号),EPG分析结果与田间抗蚜等级相一致。研究结果可为燕麦抗虫品种选育和区域性生产布局提供理论依据。Rhopalosiphum padi is one of the main pests that harm oat(Avena sativa).Screening for insect-resistant cultivars is an important measure to control A.sativa.In this study,the field aphid resistance identification and electrical penetration graph(EPG)technology were used to evaluate the resistance of five oat cultivars.The results showed that Qinghai Tian was moderately resistant,and Leader,Baylor,and Mengsiyan No.2 were low resistant in the field aphid resistance identification and Mengsiyan No.1 was low susceptible.The results of cluster analysis of resistance waveforms of different cultivars showed the resistance of class I.(Qinghai tian,Baylor,Mengsiyan No.2,and Leader)was higher than that of class II(Mengsiyan No.1),and the results of the EPG analysis were consistent with the aphid resistance grade in the field.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the selection and breeding of insect-resistant oat cultivars and regional production layout.
