摘 要:研究600 m超高层泵送混凝土性能变化规律。结果表明:胶凝材料总用量为660 kg/m^(3),水泥、粉煤灰、矿粉、硅灰占胶凝材料比例分别为:64%、15%、18%、3%;中砂∶细砂=7∶3,大石∶小石=7∶3,砂率46%,此配合比混凝土综合性能最优,出机扩展度700 mm,倒坍时间3.3 s,含气量2.1%,混凝土7 d抗压强度82.4 MPa,28 d抗压强度99.2 MPa;基于盘管试验中检测点压力检测数据,检测点P0与P1压力值拟合曲线,为Y=0.022+0.9x,线性关系为0.99;稳定泵送混凝土时检测点P1与P2压力差约为0.35 MPa,折算每米直管压力损失为0.0065 MPa;泵送600 m高度时所需出口压力仅为最大出口压力的41.4%。The change law of pumped concrete performance of 600 m super high-rise is studied.The results show that the total amount of cementitious materials is 660 kg/m^(3),and the proportions of cement,fly ash,mineral powder,and silica fume in cementitious materials are 64%,15%,18%,and 3%,respectively.Medium sand∶fine sand=7∶3,big stone∶small stone=7∶3,sand ratio is 46%,this mix ratio has the best comprehensive performance of concrete,the extension of the machine is 700 mm,the collapse time is 3.3 s,the air content is 2.1%,and the concrete 7 d compressive strength is 82.4 MPa,28 d compressive strength is 99.2 MPa.Based on the pressure detection data of the detection point in the coil pipe experiment,the fitting curve of the pressure value of the detection point P0 and P1 is Y=0.022+0.9x,and the linear relationship is 0.99.The detection point when the concrete is stably pumped the pressure difference between P1 and P2 is about 0.35 MPa,and the pressure loss per meter of straight pipe is 0.0065 MPa.The outlet pressure required for pumping at a height of 600 meters is only 41.4%of the maximum outlet pressure.
