摘 要:使用臭氧催化氧化联合曝气生物滤池(O_(3)-BAF)工艺对炼化二级出水进行深度处理,通过设置废水臭氧处理后联用不同条件下的BAF,并分析各阶段进出水水质,找出最佳的联合运行条件。通过对各处理阶段废水有机物种类、进出水分子量、三维荧光进行分析,并对不同条件BAF中微生物组成进行分析和对比。结果表明:BAF运行条件为气水比3∶1、水力停留时间(HRT)4 h时达到最优,此时最优组中化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮(NH_(3)-N)、总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)的去除率分别为74%、93%、63%和100%。炼化二级出水中类色氨酸芳香族蛋白质物质和类溶解性微生物代谢产物类物质为主要污染物,通过O_(3)-BAF处理后废水中主要污染物的荧光强度明显下降;废水中分子量小于1000的有机物的比例经臭氧催化氧化后由原来的45%上升到71%,再经BAF处理后下降到30%以下;3组BAF稳定期的微生物组成较为相似,投加的主要功能菌产碱杆菌属(Alcaligenes)和甲基杆菌属(Methylobacterium)成功生长在BAF系统中,增加了微生物多样性和丰度,提升了脱氮除碳的效率。Ozone catalytic oxidation combined biological aerated filter(O_(3)-BAF)process was used for the advanced treatment of secondary refining effluent.BAF was used under different conditions after setting up ozone treatment of wastewater,and the water quality of each stage was analyzed to find out the optimal combined operation conditions.The types of organic matter of each treatment stage,the molecular weight of the influent and effluent,three-dimensional fluorescence were analyzed,and the composition of microorganisms in BAF under different conditions was analyzed and compared.Results showed that the optimal BAF reached when the gas-water ratio was 3∶1 and hydraulic retention time(HRT)was 4 h,and the removal rates of chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N),total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorous(TP)in the optimal group were 74%,93%,63%and 100%,respectively.The main pollutants of the secondary effluent of the refining process were tryptophan aromatic organic compounds and dissolved microbial metabolites,the fluorescence intensity of the main pollutants in wastewater after ozone and BAF treatment decreased obviously.The proportion of organic compounds with molecular weight less than 1000 in wastewater increased from 45%to 71%after ozone catalytic oxidation,and then decreased to less than 30%after BAF treatment.The microbial compositions of the three groups at stable stage of BAF were similar.Alcaligenes and Methylobacterium,the main functional bacteria added,grew successfully in BAF system,which increased the diversity and abundance of microorganisms and improved the efficiency of nitrogen and carbon reduction.
