摘　　要：张居正改革以“遵祖制”为前提,以“官德建设”为切入点,以“安民生”为价值旨归,对明朝社会产生了重大影响,对当代处理好改革与稳定、官德建设与制度伦理建设、富国与利民等方面的关系具有一定的启示。Zhang Ju-zheng's reform took“following the ancestral system”as the premise,“official morality construction”as the starting point,and“peace and livelihood”as the purpose.It had a great impact on the society of the Ming Dynasty.Moreover,it also has some implications for keeping balance between reform and stability,building the official morality and institutional ethics,and dealing the relationship between enriching the country and benefiting the people.
