摘  要:棕榈纤维具有极好的弹性及韧性,优异的耐腐蚀性能及抗老化性能,改性过的棕榈纤维可加入聚乙烯基质中制备聚乙烯复合材料,使聚乙烯复合材料具备强度高、材质轻、可循环、可降解等优势,扩大聚乙烯材料的应用领域.如何有效改性棕榈纤维提高界面的相容性,是制备高性能改性棕榈纤维增强聚乙烯复合材料的关键.设计正交试验,研究干燥温度与不同浓度碱处理及处理时间对棕榈纤维界面改性效果的影响;选择拉伸强度、弹性模量作为实验评价指标,分析得出改性棕榈纤维最佳改性条件.结果表明:棕榈纤维80℃下干燥24 h,采用20%浓度的碱液处理24 h,所制得的改性棕榈纤维可使聚乙烯复合材料的拉伸强度及弹性模量达到最优,其中拉伸强度最大达到31.78 MPa,较未处理时增加了46%,弹性模量较未处理时增加了50%.Palm fibers not only boast excellent elasticity and toughness,but also enjoy superior properties of both corrosion and aging resistance.The modified palm fibers can be added to the polyethylene matrix in order to prepare polyethylene composites,which enable the polyethylene composites to have the advantages of high strength,light materials,recyclability,degradability and so on,thereby expanding the application field of polyethylene materials.How to effectively modify palm fibers to improve interface compatibility is the key to the preparation of high-performance reinforced polyethylene composites with modified palm fibers.In this paper,on one hand,orthogonal experiments were designed to study the effects of alkali treatment and treatment time on the interface modification of palm fibers under drying temperature and different concentration.On the other hand,the optimum modification conditions of modified palm fibers were obtained by selecting tensile strength and elastic modulus as experimental evaluation indexes.Generally speaking,the results showed that when palm fiber was dried at 80℃for 24 hours and treated with 20%lye for 24 hours,the modified palm fiber could optimize the tensile strength and elastic modulus of polyethylene composites,with the maximum tensile strength reaching 31.78 MPa,which was 46%higher than that of untreated,and elastic modulus enjoying 50%increase compared with that without treatment.
