摘 要:以苯丙氨酸和硫酸为原料合成一种强酸型的氨基酸离子液体[Phe][HSO_(4)],系统探究[Phe][HSO_(4)]在甲醇与月桂酸酯化制备生物柴油反应中的催化性能,并采用响应面法对反应条件进行优化.在较佳的反应条件下,离子液体质量为2.3%(基于月桂酸)、反应时间为1 h、醇酸摩尔比为12.5∶1、反应温度为78℃时,月桂酸的转化率可达95.73%.此外,[Phe][HSO_(4)]重复使用5次后,仍保持着较佳的催化活性,月桂酸的转化率保持在94.0%左右,具有良好的稳定性,展现了较强的工业应用前景.A strong acidic amino acid ionic liquid[Phe][HSO_(4)]was synthesized from phenylalanine and sulfuric acid.The catalytic performance of[Phe][HSO_(4)]in the esterification of methanol and lauric acid to prepare biodiesel was systematically investigated.The reaction conditions were optimized by response surface method.Under the optimal reaction conditions,the conversion rate of lauric acid can reach 95.73%when the dosage of ionic liquid is 2.3%(based on lauric acid),the reaction time is 1 h,the molar ratio of alkyd is 12.5∶1,and the reaction temperature is 78℃.In addition,[Phe][HSO_(4)]still maintains good catalytic activity after repeated use for 5 times,and the conversion rate of lauric acid remains at about 94.0%.It shows broad industrial application prospects for its good stability.
