摘 要:为提高道路危险货物运输行业的安全管理水平,本文基于2022年北京市交通行业安全生产千分制评价工作,随机抽取38家危险货物运输企业评价数据,利用SPSS23.0软件对指标体系进行多层次因子分析、聚类。结果表明:可将指标体系中目标层的4个指标聚合为现场管理因子(车辆及设备、停车场、安全管理体系)和人员管理因子2个影响因子;将38家危险货物运输企业分为3类即合格、基本合格和不合格,3类企业均存在不同程度的安全隐患。结合线下评价的结果针对不同类型企业的安全管理现状提出有针对性的建议。In order to improve the safety management level of the road transportation of the dangerous goods industry,in this paper,based on the thousand-point system evaluation work of the work safety production of Beijing transportation industry in 2022,the evaluation data of 38 dangerous goods transportation enterprises from was randomly and the SPSS23.0 software was used to carried out the multi-level factor analysis and cluster analysis on the index system.The results show that the four indicators of the target layer in the index system can be clustered into two influence factors,that is to say,the site management factor,in which vehicle and equipment,parking lot,safety management system are included,and the personnel management factor;and that 38 dangerous goods transportation enterprises almost have safety hazards to some degree by classify those enterprises into three grades,i.e.qualification,basic qualification and disqualification.The specific suggestions aiming at the safety management status of different types of enterprises were provided combing with the offline evaluation results.
