班组安全活动质效提升的创新与实践

摘　　要：为进一步提升班组安全活动的质效,让班组安全活动真正“活”起来,通过梳理了解基层需求,分析当前存在的问题与不足,提出包括安全活动方式、活动内容、活动记录方式、标准化流程、领导引领、评比考核6个方面的新型班组安全活动方式,并在企业进行实践。实践效果显示:实现了为基层减负,强化了班组整体的安全意识,提升了员工岗位安全能力,使现场风险更加可控,调查显示员工对班组安全活动效果的满意度达到97%。In order to further improve the quality and efficiency of team safety activities and make team safety activities really"live",the needs of the grassroots were combed and the existing problems and deficiencies were analyzed.Then,a new team safety activity mode including six aspects of safety activity mode,activity content,activity record mode,standardized process,leadership guidance,evaluation and assessment was proposed,and carried out in the enterprise.The practical effect shows that it reduces the burden for the grassroots,strengthens the safety awareness of the team as a whole,improves the safety ability of the staff,and makes the on-site risks more controllable.The survey shows that the satisfaction of the staff on the effect of the safety activities of the team reaches 97%.
