摘　　要：青岛动车段配属的CRH380B系列动车组在运行过程中常发接触器故障,影响到列车各关键系统的安全稳定性。以西门子3RT1直流接触器为研究原型,分析了接触器“断续燃弧”产生的原因,详细介绍了接触器的开关控制电路工作原理,总结出接触器在实际运用过程中的故障易发点。最后,结合动车组实际运用中发生的两起典型行车故障案例,给出动车组接触器故障检查和处置的流程,针对具有普遍性的故障开展专项普查整治,消除故障隐患。The CRH38oB series EMU attached to Qingdao Railway station often causes contactor breakdown during operation,which affects the safety and stability of the key train systems.Taking Siemens 3RT1 DC contactor as the research prototype.The paper analyzes the causes of"Intermittent arc"of contactor,and introduces the working principle of the switch control circuit of contactor in detail.Suming up the trouble spot of contactor in practical application.At last,according to the two typical cases of train breakdown in the practical application of EMU,the process of fault check and disposal for the contactor of Emu is given,eliminate hidden trouble.
