摘　　要：基于S7-1200PLCHMI电梯模拟控制系统是为了提高自动化控制系统的可靠性。本设计以S7-1200PLC为核心控制器的电梯控制系统,通过博途软件TIAportal和组态软件视窗控制中心(SIMATICWinCC)对电梯系统进行设计。系统地阐述电梯控制系统项目的开发流程,包括项目设计方案、硬件组态、PLC程序设计以及实时监控电梯运行状态的WinCC画面设计。通过西门子电梯仿真软件Elevator进行仿真试验,S7-1200PLC的自动化六层电梯控制系统的算法调度和设计方案符合实际工程应用中群控电梯运行的基本要求,WinCC画面能够实现实时监控电梯的运行状态,具有实际应用价值。The elevator simulation control system based on S7-12ooPLC HMI is designed to improve the reliability of the automation control system.This design uses S7-120oPLC as the core controller for the elevator control system.The elevator system is designed using the TIA portal software and the SIMATIC WinCC configuration software.Systematically explain the development process of the elevator control system project,including project design scheme,hardware configuration,PLC program design,and WinCC screen design for real-time monitoring of elevator operation status.Through simulation experiments using the Siemens elevator simulation software Elevator,the algorithm scheduling and design scheme of the automatic six story elevator control system of s7-120o PLC meet the basic requirements for group controlled elevator operation in practical engineering applications.The WincC screen can achieve real-time monitoring of elevator operation status,which has practical application value.
