摘　　要：经过近二十年技术工艺的不断改进和提升,移动式(环形)隧道窑虽常规功能更加完善,运行工艺更加成熟,但在软泥制砖和薄壁自保温砌块的码坯和烧结过程中,仍存在难以克服的短板。为此,针对移动式隧道窑存在的短板,大胆创新,在移动式隧道窑一次码坯的基础上,采用了往复式码坯方式,实现了复杂高含水率原料和薄壁砌块的二次码坯工艺,大大提升了移动式隧道窑软塑、半硬塑、硬塑挤出,多品种、多规格生产的功能满足了绿色建筑对多功能绿色烧结墙材的需求。Aiming at the shortcomings of mobile tunnel kiln,this paper boldly innovates,adopts the reciprocat⁃ing pallet method on the basis of the primary pallet of mobile tunnel kiln,realizes the twice-setting-firing pro⁃cess of complex high moisture content raw materials and thin-walled blocks,greatly improves the functions of soft plastic,semi-hard plastic,hard plastic extrusion,multi-variety and multi-specification production of mo⁃bile tunnel kiln,and meets the demand of green building for multi-functional fired green wall materials.
