摘  要:蒸压加气混凝土砌块作为一种应用较广的新型建筑材料,对其抗压强度的检测是十分重要的。为了更加准确地检测出蒸压加气混凝土砌块的抗压强度,达到蒸压加气混凝土砌块科学合理利用的目的,此次研究提出了一种砌块抗压强度检测方式,并和传统标准抗压强度检测方式进行了对比,研究结果表明:试样按照标准法测出的抗压强度和加水密封1d~3d试样的抗压强度大致相同,其误差都未超过2%;加水不密封10min内开始强度测试、标准法测试、加水密封1d~3d试样含水率在垂直、水平发气方向上的分布趋势基本相同;同时加水密封1d~3d试样含水率的分布与标准法测试试样高度重合;与标准法相比,含水率定量法在试验所需时间、适用范围、试样成型数量以及含水率控制难度上都有较大的优势,这表明含水率定量法在试样抗压强度的测试上有较好的应用效果。In order to more accurately detect the compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks and achieve the purpose of scientific and rational utilization of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks,this study proposed a new compressive strength detection method of blocks,and compared with the traditional standard compressive strength detection method,the results show that the compressive strength measured by the specimen according to the standard method and the compressive strength of the 1d~3d specimen sealed with water are roughly the same,and the error does not exceed 2%;The distribution trend of the strength test,standard method test,and moisture content of the 1d~3d sample sealed with water is basically the same in the vertical and horizontal gas direction within 10min without sealing;At the same time,the distribution of moisture content of the 1d~3d specimen sealed with water was highly consistent with the standard test specimen;Compared with the standard method,the moisture content quantitative method has great advantages in the time required for the test,the scope of application,the number of sample moldings and the difficulty of moisture content control,which indicates that the moisture content quantitative method has a good application effect in the test of the compressive strength of the sample.
