摘  要:巨噬细胞是肿瘤微环境内主要浸润的免疫细胞之一。肿瘤微环境内浸润的巨噬细胞通常称为肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAM),可促进肿瘤生长、迁移和血管生成,同时还具有免疫抑制特性。近年来,靶向TAM疗法被用于肿瘤的免疫治疗,并引起极大关注。以TAM为靶点的相关免疫疗法有TAM再极化、TAM耗竭、阻断CD47/信号调节蛋白α信号通路、抑制巨噬细胞向肿瘤微环境募集和嵌合抗原受体-巨噬细胞(CAR-M)疗法等。本综述旨在为应用TAM辅助治疗肿瘤提供参考。The tumor microenvironment is infiltrated by a large number of immune cells and there are complex interactions between immune cells and tumor cells.Macrophages are the most abun⁃dant immune cell subpopulations in the tumor microenvironment.Macrophages in the tumor microenvi⁃ronment,known as tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs),can promote tumor growth,metastasis and angiogenesis,and also have immunosuppressive properties.Macrophages-targeted therapeutic strategies have been used in the immunotherapy of tumors,and have attracted more attention.Macro⁃phages-targeted immunotherapies include repolarization of TAMs,depletion of TAMs,blocking of CD47/signal regulatory proteinα(SIRPα)signal pathway,inhibition of macrophage recruitment to the tumor microenvironment,and chimeric antigen receptor-macrophage therapy.This review aims to provide reference for the use of macrophages as adjuvant therapy for tumors.
