海洋牧场综合效益评价分析——以山东省重点海洋城市为例

摘　　要：基于现代化海洋牧场的内涵,通过对比青岛、烟台、威海和日照海洋牧场的发展现状,从生态效益、经济效益、社会效益和科技效益的角度出发,构建海洋牧场综合效益评价指标体系,对青岛、烟台、威海和日照的海洋牧场效益进行综合和单项对比分析。指出海洋牧场的发展是海洋生态环保、经济发展、社会进步和科技创新协调发展的过程,能够带来显著的综合效益,其中生态效益最为明显,应根据各地海洋牧场的建设阶段采取不同发展措施,实现海洋渔业的高质量发展。Based on the connotation of modern marine ranching,four key marine cities in Shandong Province,Qingdao,Yantai,Weihai and Rizhao,were selected to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for marine ranching from the perspectives of ecological benefits,economic benefits,social benefits and scientific and technological benefits.Comprehensive and individual comparative analysis of the benefits of marine ranching is carried out,and the following conclusions are drawn:The development of modern marine ranching is a process of coordinated development of marine ecological environmental protection,economic development,social progress and scientific and technological innovation,which can bring significant comprehensive benefits.Ecological benefits are the most obvious,while increasing attention to scientific and technological benefits.Different development measures should be taken according to the construction stage of the marine ranch to achieve high-quality development of the marine ranch.
