“光明扶贫工程”项目下贫困地区白内障患者视功能恢复情况满意度及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的:分析“光明扶贫工程”项目下贫困地区白内障患者视功能恢复情况满意度及其影响因素。方法:采用由世界卫生组织和美国眼科研究所面向发展中国家开发的视功能相关生存质量量表收集数据,用χ^(2)检验和logistic回归分析患者视功能恢复情况满意度的影响因素。结果:回收有效问卷12680份。在分层抽样抽取的3930个样本中,白内障患者对视功能恢复情况“满意”占比86.0%,“不满意”占比14.0%。是否为贫困白内障患者、年龄、是否术前因无法自理有人陪伴等9个自变量对白内障患者视功能恢复情况满意度的影响有统计学意义。结论:样本患者整体满意度较高,“光明扶贫工程”项目一定程度上缓解了患者的手术负担,患者对医疗机构服务的满意度是影响患者对视功能恢复情况满意度的关键因素。建议进一步完善“光明扶贫工程”项目,改善定点医疗机构技术与服务水平,丰富筹资途径,提高单眼报销比例,完善医保支付方式。Objective:To analyze the satisfaction of visual functional recovery status of cataract patients in poor areas under the"Bright Poverty Alleviation Project"and its influencing factors.Methods:The data were collected using the visual function-related quality of life scale developed by the World Health Organization and the American Institute of Ophthalmology for developing countries,and the influencing factors of patients'satisfaction with visual function recovery were analyzed by chi-square test and logistic regression.Results:12680 valid questionnaires were obtained and 3930 samples were sampled through stratified sampling for statistical analysis.In terms of the satisfaction of visual functional recovery status of cataract patients,"satisfied"accounted for 86.0%,and"dissatisfied"accounted for 14.0%.Nine independent variables,such as whether they were cataract patients in poor areas,age,and whether they were accompanied by people before surgery because they could not take care of themselves had a statistically significant effect on the the satisfaction of visual functional recovery status of cataract patients.Conclusion:The overall satisfaction of the sample patients is high,the"Bright Poverty Alleviation Project"has alleviated the surgical burden of patients to a certain extent,and patients'satisfaction with the services of medical institutions is a key factor affecting patients'satisfaction with the degree of visual function recovery.It is recommended to further improve the"Bright Poverty Alleviation Project",improve the technology and service level of designated medical institutions,enrich financing channels,increase the proportion of single-eyed reimbursement,and improve the payment method of medical insurance.
